PH Artichoke Pendant by Louis Poulsen

In 1958, Poul Henningsen designed the PH Artichoke for the Langelinie Pavilion, a modernist Copenhagen restaurant, in which the PH Artichoke continues to enchant guests to this day.
A truly iconic design, the PH Artichoke is meticulously hand-assembled, with each of its 72 laser-cut leaves precisely crafted to ensure the perfect size and fit. These leaves are positioned in a way that provides completely glare-free light from every angle.
To maintain a high level of quality, much of the production process is still carried out by hand, with each leaf carefully checked and mounted upon the inner frame.

Over time, new versions have been added to the original Copper, and these continue to emphasise the versatility and timeless silhouette of the pendant. 
For 2025 new dusty tones will bring an earthy and calming quality to the design, creating relaxing and sophisticated environments.

Leaves in Brass, copper or stainless steel, brushed and coated. 
Outer face of colour leaves either powdercoated or wet painted. 
Inner face of leaves always wet painted in white
