Pluto Coat Hook By Barber Osgerby

Pluto is a curvaceous, large-scale wall-mounted coat hook that presents itself like an elegant domestic sculpture. The design is inherently practical, with a shapely silhouette that casts a beautiful shadow on the wall behind it. Made from European Beech, in either a natural finish, or in a choice of two coloured stains. 

This piece is part of the 2025 SCP Boxed Collection. Initially launched in 2009, the brief challenges designers to create pieces that fit within the dimensions of a standard DHL international shipping box (480 x 400 x 390mm). 
With no restrictions on material, the brief encourages a diverse range of product types.
